CLIENT: MULTINATIONAL COMPANY WITH MANUFACTURING, SALES AND SERVICE IN 100+ COUNTRIES
Our team delivers development and global maintenance and support (24/7) from our offices in Sweden, India and Brazil on the Dynamics/D365 platforms. SLA compliance and quality of delivery are of the utmost importance, as the business is dependent on the availability of the system. We also deliver Problem Management services to identify incident trends, establish root causes and make proactive changes to avoid recurrence. The delivery has been ongoing since 2017, and today it also includes projects for implementation in new markets.

Client: international company that provide financial services in 140+ countries
Our team in Poland joined the project to build solutions to handle large volume of data. The solution allows business users to import large data files with transactions and ledger entries. The data is processed through ELT in the cloud. The front-end component allows the business users to analyze the data interactively by showing related transactions and by aggregating and summarising the data.

Client: streaming service company (films, series, sports content) in Northern Europe
Our team in Ukraine was contracted to help improve a video-on-demand platform owned by the client. Our team has become an integral part of the client’s development structure and has successfully delivered several new features, content management tools, and subscription services for the platform. The team has developed new features in accordance with the client’s marketing strategy, and it currently supports and provides maintenance for some of existing customer’s products, services, and tools.

Client: multinational company within transport and infrastructure solutions
In a joint Swedish and Indian team, we develop a payment solution for the future. The purpose of the product is to optimize sales, minimize cost, control risk and ensure customer convenience and access to services. By building a central payment solution, the client expects reduced transaction costs for small ticket and subscription payments, as well as a reduced time to market. The product is an enabler for digital and standardised sales channels, combined with digital marketplaces.
